2. Data we collect

When you use our contact form or email us, we may collect your name, email address, company name, engagement interest, preferred fieldwork window, and message content. Server logs may collect IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Cookie data is described in our cookie notice.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process inquiry data to respond to your request and, where relevant, to prepare an engagement proposal (legitimate interests and/or steps prior to entering a contract). We process client engagement data to perform contracted audit work. We process limited analytics data, if you accept analytics cookies, to understand site usage (consent).

4. Retention

Unsuccessful inquiry records are typically retained for up to 24 months. Engagement files are retained according to professional record-keeping needs and applicable Taiwanese requirements, often several years after engagement close. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until cleared.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with IT hosting providers under confidentiality terms, professional advisors bound by secrecy, or authorities when legally required. Client working papers are shared only as permitted by the engagement letter and professional rules.

6. International transfers

Our primary operations are in Taiwan. If a processor stores data outside Taiwan, we take reasonable contractual and technical steps to protect it consistent with applicable personal data protection requirements.

7. Your rights

Subject to Taiwanese personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain processing based on legitimate interests. 8. Security

We apply access controls, need-to-know sharing within the practice, and secure transmission for inquiry forms where supported by hosting. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive identifiers through the website form.

9. Children

Our services are directed to businesses and professional contacts. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may revise this notice periodically. The “last updated” date reflects the latest version.
